Rental rates and policies at Jewels Villas Phuket
The rates include:
- Cleaning service and bed linen change 2 times per week.
- Swimming pool and garden maintenance.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- BBQ equipment
- Covered parking for 2 cars
- Satellite TV with HD quality channels
- Fruit plate and water on arrival.
- VIP discount cards to Catch Beach Club - most stylish contemporary beach club located at Bang Tao beach (10-15 min drive from the villa).
House rules:
- Check-in from 14-00, check-out before 12-00.
- Security deposit of 10 000 THB or equivalent in any currency is due on arrival. Please note the deposit is accepted only in cash.
- Electricity is not included and paid on check-out according to the meter readings. Price is 7 THB per kWh (approximately 300-500 THB per day).
- Please note that we have different booking rates for 4, 5-6 and 7-8 people. The number of guests you mention assumes the number of bedrooms to be used - 2, 3, 4 respectively. For example, If you book for 4 people - 2 bedrooms will be open for you by default and two bedroom will be closed.
